Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set sales targets and quotas and monitor team performance.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (website, social media, email marketing).
• Generate leads and qualify potential customers for the sales team.
• Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
• Stay current on the latest sales and marketing trends, including digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Min 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices (a plus).
