Account Payable (Construction Services)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an Engineering/Construction company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 2 years of experience for the job of Account Payable Staff. The job is based in Jakarta Area, Indonesia. Responsibility:

• Process data into the ERP system per system requirements and ensuring correct process.
• Understand the expectations of stakeholders and the Accounts Payable Administrator role within the broader team.
• Collaborate effectively with team members including in other Beca offices.
• Seek specific and constructive feedback to support personal development.
• Support the team through effective contribution to team meetings.
• Escalate complex enquiries as appropriate.
• Produce routine documentation and assist with undertaking reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable transactions as per agreed process.
• Elevate any issues or inconsistencies to senior team members for review and consideration.
• Assist with preparing documentation for payments as required.
• Support the month-end reporting process by following agreed procedures and working to deadlines.

Candidate's Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Preferably having 1-2 years experience in similar role (Account Payable)
• Strong administrative and procedural skills
• Confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills ·
• Able to work independently and exercise initiatives
• A team player. Able to interact and work with colleagues at various level and sections
