Assistant Manager - Production Planning

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Beauty Manufacturing Company for the role of Assistant Manager Production Planning. The job description will be as follow :

• Receive forecast and POs from customers
• Create production plan (MPS) Monthly, controlling Weekly & Daily
• Run MRP for product and review MRP for all category which did by Snr Coordinator PIC
• Create PR for Product from Customer
• Create delivery request schedule to each supplier & Procurement
• Create and analyze production capacity report
• Control inventory
• Control inventory product and proposed to destroy for material already discontinued to Customer
• RCCP analysis to ensure demand and capacity align consider all factor
• Achievement OTIF Internal & External.
• Analyze for accuracy forecast vs Pos
• Develop and maintain strong and reliable relationship with Stakeholders: Commercial, Sales Support, Procurement, Production, I&D, QAC, WH, Enginering & Finance.
• Any reasonable additional duties requested or delegated by your line Manager.
• Monitoring and train the subordinate as parts of job delegation and personal improvement
• Assisting Commercial and Financial in the reconciliation of down payments that have been paid with deliveries that have been made.
  

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
• 5 years minimum experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control
• Has experience on handling team
• Has working exposure in MNC preferably in Beauty/Chemical/FMCG/Pharmacy industry
• Experience in administration of production and WH FG
• Understanding of planning production, manufacturing equipment, quality assurance and GMP are desirable.
• Good communication skills
