We are excited to partner with a prominent B2B travel company based in the picturesque town of Ubud, Bali, in search of a talented Sales Support professional to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling proposal calculations, securing sales contracts from hotels, and coordinating groups on the ground as guests arrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to be immersed in the beauty of Bali while contributing to the success of clients' travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform proposal calculations and generate pricing quotes for client proposals.
• Engage with hotels to secure sales contracts and ensure smooth negotiations.
• Coordinate logistics for group arrivals, including transportation and accommodation arrangements in the enchanting setting of Ubud.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional support throughout their travel journey.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and fostering strong client partnerships.

Requirements :

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Possess 2-4 years of experience in sales support, travel coordination, or a similar role within the B2B travel industry.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in proposal calculations and pricing strategies.
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with hotels and clients.
• Be detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and culturally rich environment like Ubud, Bali.
