Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive - Industrial Estate (Cikarang) Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on industrial estate. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least five years' experience in Industrial Estate for the job of Business Development Executive. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include:

• Report directly to the GM
• Handle Industrial market in Indonesia
• Strengthen the Company's business relationships with industries that utilize the Company's infrastructure services
• Identify business opportunities and business development to encourage company revenue growth,
• Analyzing market trends to support commercial strategies
• Carrying out commercial and risk analysis of business opportunities and/or partnerships in the relevant field of Infrastructure and Commercial
• Develop solutions, strategies, and assessment of current industry impact to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity, in line with the company's strategy
• Managing pricing cost of service and customer requirement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a commercial discipline from reputable university
• Minimum five years' experience in Industrial Estate
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels
• Knowledge of Industrial Estate
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
• Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• Medium to high level computer skills including spreadsheets, data bases
• Influencing and networking skills
• Track-record of business development
