Commercial Process Analyst

We are looking for a Commercial Process Analyst who will be based in our Head Office in Jakarta.

Your 'day to day':

1. Conducting professional budget management and forecasting activities in accordance with the principles and procedures of finance, process, budgeting, and budget control.
2. The position holder is responsible for performing excellent reporting and managing the day-to-day activities in preparation of the original budget, Rolling Forecast, monthly monitoring, and reporting/analysis.
3. Liaising with the respective functions on any budget/cost analysis and monitoring-related matters, as well as submitting financial information and reports as required by PMI and local management.
4. Proposing improvements of the process, methods of work, tools/systems, and contributing to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to the business requirement.
5. In charge of Excellent Process Control, assisting the audit process for both Internal and/or External Audit.

Who we're looking for:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree from any discipline.
2. Background in Finance/Economics would be beneficial.
3. 3+ years working experience in FMCG/Public Accountant.
4. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and drive for results.
5. Fast learner and able to work with minimum guidance and supervision.
6. Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint, and accounting tools.
7. Courageous, comfortable with ambiguity and an agile working environment.
8. Ability to effectively engage, collaborate and manage expectations across different stakeholders.
9. Effective communication and presentation skills.
10. Strong sense of curiosity with interest to continuously learn new skills such as in big data analysis is a plus.
11. Fluent in both speaking and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
