Customer Chat Supervisor

modernvet  is a dedicated and compassionate provider of veterinary care, committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our furry companions based in Jakarta Selatan and Jakarta Utara. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Chat Duty Manager, contributing to the seamless operations and exceptional service at the heart of our animal care facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and guide team in branch
2. Ensure chats meet our service standards.
3. Monthly scheduling for branch's customer chat staff
4. Escalation point daily that can't be solved by shift leader

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a team leader/supervisor role, preferably within hospitality company setting.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
3. Knowledge of veterinary terminology, procedures, and common pet health concerns.
4. Familiarity with veterinary practice management software and scheduling systems.
5. Compassion for animals and a commitment to upholding high standards of care.
6. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
7. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and sometimes emotional environment, including weekends and holidays.
