Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Customer Relation Head / Coordinator

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop customer-related strategies and programs (customer service, service quality, customer relations, and service culture).
  • Perform service recovery for complaints that occur by follow up on complaints to the relevant departments and ensure that they are resolved.
  • Customer surveys which include distribution forms and data from customers, data analysis, and distribution of survey results to interested parties
  • Conduct program socialization and monitoring of the implementation of all customer relationship concepts in branches and in the Head Office.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any field with GPA minimum 2.75 from 4.00.
  • Fresh Graduate or having experience in the customer service or related field.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to speak English.
  • Professional look.
  • Placement in Riau - Pekanbaru.
