Dept. Head of Commercial

On behalf of a notable general insurance company in Indonesia, Monroe Consulting Group is looking for Head of Corporate Relations. This role will be based in Karawaci, Tangerang. Job Description:

• Develop work programs aligned with departmental achievement targets in accordance with company growth objectives.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to Employee Benefit clients, including direct renewal, agent, broker, and branch matrix accounts, to meet predetermined policy renewal premium income targets.
• Implement client services according to service level key indicators and performance metrics.
• Develop, implement, and provide input to leadership on client retention programs.
• Present claim reports and statistical data accurately and punctually.
• Proactively follow up, monitor, and take necessary actions for policy renewal efforts.
• Provide feedback to Medicare departments regarding service quality and contribute to service improvement efforts.
• Develop and optimize resources, monitoring work and team productivity standards.
• Enhance collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve client service quality.
• Lead and coordinate team activities within designated authority to achieve departmental objectives.
• Willingness to undertake additional tasks as needed to support company needs and development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate sales, corporate relations, or related roles in Insurance industry (general, life, insurtech)
• Have in depth experience managing employee benefit products & programs
• English skills are a must
