  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to pinpoint specific talent requirements and craft recruitment strategies tailored to these needs.
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies that effectively attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent
  • Leverage diverse sourcing methods such as social media platforms, job boards, professional networks, and personal referrals to create a robust pipeline of suitable candidates.
  • Oversee the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle, from publishing job advertisements and filtering applicants to arranging interviews, verifying references, and making job offers.
  • Conduct detailed candidate evaluations during interviews to determine their skills, suitability for the team culture,Comply rigorously with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process to ensure legal integrity.
  • Use recruitment analytics and metrics to uncover improvement opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to refine recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, applying this knowledge to continually advance our recruitment tactics.
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, aligning every interaction with the company’s values and cultural ethos.

⛩️ Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in recruiting engineers and candidates in the technology industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with hiring managers and business leaders to define and meet talent acquisition needs.
  • Excellent interviewing skills, with an ability to assess both the technical abilities and cultural fit of candidates.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements within the recruitment process.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret recruitment metrics, and make informed decisions to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
