· Generate and qualify leads opportunity

· Coordinate & follow-up tender awards, prepare & submit quotations and monitor closely for closure.
· Develop sales strategies, sales approach and implement sales project plans and action plan to achieve company growth sales targets and profit margins.
· Maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Prioritize customer concerns to increase client satisfaction for customer service
· Internal collaboration and working with team
Qualifications· Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven
· Have min. 5 years experience manage Variable Speed Drive (Medium and Low Voltage) Business
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
· Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM
· Strong knowledge in Drive System (Variable Speed Drive LV dan MV) Architecture and Application
· Understand Project Management (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure)
· Ability to understand customer application and give customer solution
· Ability to create and deliver customer presentations
· Flexible work hours.
· Understand business management skills and leadership skill
· A bility to accept criticism and work well under pressure
· Ability to work as a team
· Able to classify and analysis customer business
