Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Monitor employee performance and provide support for performance improvement plans
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
