Merchant Operations Staff

MC Payment Indonesia (PT MCP Indo Utama) currently iFortepay is a payment system service provider (Payment Gateway) company that has obtained a license from Bank Indonesia. We work with banks and partners to serve payment technology needs for merchants to receive payments electronically.

In MC Payment, you will be part of a team that delivers solid online payment solutions for online and retail merchants in Indonesia and South-east Asia. To do so, we are looking for developers with strong passion in technology and product development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree from any major

2. Have 1-2 years of experience

3. Have an interest in accounting / finance and digital payments

4. Fluent Ms Excel and able to operate Google Drive

5. Have a desire to study and be thorough

6. Having good communications and team work skills 

7. High independence and ability to learn quickly in a new environment or function

8. Fluent to communicate in English is preferred

Job Desc:

1. Manage administrative aspects of the onboarding payment channels 

2. Maintain a good relationship with our partner

3. Manage all documents of onboarding process 

4. Handle ticketing of process onboarding internal
