What you will do:

1. Identify and execute against performance improvement opportunities across the enterprise using contemporary process improvement tools
2. Improve and develop business processes and SOPs according to company needs
3. Manage the design and implementation of initiatives that eliminate waste, reduce lead time and improve business performance while establishing a sustainable model for continuous improvement
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve internal processes and drive value through operations maturity
5. Develop detailed work and resource plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports
6. Manage improvement projects to support business growth and increase customer satisfaction

What you will need :

1. Have played multifaceted roles in technology startups and have a good understanding of the startup ecosystem. Multi-cultural working collaboration experience is a plus.
2. Proven experiences in implementing Lean/Six Sigma green belt projects would be advantage.
3. Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced, constantly changing and achieve innovative solutions.
4. Good project management skill, with proven experience in leading system integration project.
5. Understand SOP development framework
6. Know about Forex industries/products/platforms (MT4/5) is a plus
7. Have great communication skills, detail-oriented, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem solving

9. Fluent in English is a must
