Product Researcher Intern

Job Description

1. Identify users' needs, problems, and experience in the product through various research methodologies
2. Continuously monitor product performance and gather users' feedback
3. Provide insights into market trends and the competitive landscape by conducting competitive analysis
4. Support the operations of research projects

Requirements

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Psychology, Sociology, Business Management, Anthropology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field
2. Preferably not actively enrolled in coursework (excluding thesis work)
3. Experience in conducting a research project or assignment would be preferred
4. Having knowledge in factors driving human behavior, edtech market/industry and research methodologies
5. Proficiency in essential software tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Google Drive (including GSheet, GDocs, and GSlides), and video conferencing platforms (Google Meet and Zoom)
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Collaborative team player capable of working seamlessly in a team setting
9. Quick adaptability to learning and mastering new technologies
