👑 Job Role

• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation around client-sponsored marketing activities (e.g. Article, Social Media, Community, On-Site Visibility).
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve any project-related queries.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, escalating them to senior management as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and budget updates

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, advertising, business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Final-year students are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in project management or coordination is preferred but not required.
