Remote Sales Customer Service - Part-Time

• Contact potential customers through phone, email and online chat tools to introduce the company's products and services.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide professional product recommendations and solutions.
  
• Follow up potential customers to establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after-sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Record and update customer information to ensure that the data in the CRM system is accurate and complete.
  
• Continuously learn and understand the company's products and market trends, and improve your sales skills and knowledge level.
  
• Complete sales goals and tasks on time.
