This role will suit someone with an appropriate qualification in a health-related field such as nutrition, exercise science, health education or psychology. and 2-3 years post qualification experience. This role is onsite at corporate locations
This is a contractor position, which would suit an experienced Healthcoach, confident in their ability to maintain a steady caseload.

What is the role and what will my responsibilities be?
Help clients improve their health, by assisting them in setting realistic short, medium and long-term health goals
Assessing their current health via a series of quick checks, and coaching them as they work towards those goals.
Complete a series of health checks for each client.
Create a tailored fitness, nutrition and wellbeing program based on their goals.
Meet with clients several times to provide coaching to help them make long term health and lifestyle changes.
Maintain accurate and up to date records.
Liaise with other healthcare professionals in a timely manner.
Part-take and facilitate in internal study groups.
Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up-to-date CPD folder
Report equipment repairs to the operations team.
You may be required to create content and blogs from time to time.
You may be required to work with the marketing team and provide them with on the ground feedback.
Other ad hoc duties as and when .
What experience do I need?
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field such as physiotherapy, physical therapy, nutrition, exercise science, health education, psychology or a related discipline
Full clean driving license and access to own car (essential)
2-3 years post qualification experience working with individuals directly to facilitate behaviour change/improve health & wellness (ideally)
Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)
Relevant private practice clinical experience (preferred)
Time Commitment:
This is a part-time, contractor ad-hoc position with a geographic remit.
