About Autofulfil
Autofulfil is an eCommerce fulfilment centre that provides reliable and sustainable order fulfilment services to Irish eCommerce retailers. Our clients rely on us to deliver their products quickly and accurately while helping them scale their businesses.
During the busy back-to-school season, Autofulfil works closely with Schoolbooks.ie, Ireland’s leading online school book store, to fulfil thousands of orders for families across the country. Our teams work together to ensure every order moves smoothly from checkout to delivery.
To support this busy period, we are looking for a Client Solutions Specialist (Seasonal) to join the team and help manage customer queries and operational coordination during the peak summer season.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Schoolbooks.ie customer queries, helping resolve issues relating to orders, deliveries, returns, and product queries.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to investigate and resolve fulfilment or shipping issues quickly and efficiently.
• Manage customer communications and support queues to ensure enquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Track and follow up on outstanding customer queries to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding order issues, service updates, and operational changes.
• Help the team manage high volumes of enquiries during the peak back-to-school season while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them appropriately to help improve operational processes.
• Support the wider Client Solutions and operations teams wherever needed to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
What You Need to Succeed
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or support roles preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or fulfilment environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Comfortable using online systems and customer support tools.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a “no task is too big or too small” mindset.

Shift Schedule Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week.
