Social Care Workers - Respite Services

We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers – Respite Services in Dublin, Ireland.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 25 hours per week, worked over 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers

Salary: €38,333 – €55,244 (Full\-Time Equivalent)

Actual salary will be calculated on a pro\-rata basis for 25 hours per week, excluding premiums for evenings, weekends, and sleepovers

Location: Rush, Co. Dublin

• Deliver high\-quality, person\-centred care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities
  




• Support individuals with daily living skills, personal development, and social inclusion
  




• Promote independence, choice, dignity, and quality of life
  




• Encourage community participation and meaningful activities
  




• Work collaboratively as part of a professional multidisciplinary residential team
  




• Ensure care and services are delivered in line with HIQA Standards, organisational policies, and best practice
  

Requirements

CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential)

QQI Level 7 or Level 8 Degree in Social Care or a related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience leading to CORU registration

Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)

Previous experience working in disability services and/or residential care settings

Sound knowledge of HIQA Standards and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
