Assistant/Trainee Accountant

Waterford City Ford are recruiting for a Trainee/Assistant Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to pursue a career in the ever-evolving motor industry!

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries in an efficient and helpful manner
• Promotion of new products to existing customers and existing products to new customers
• Monitor department performance against Group KPI's, targets and budgets.
• Discuss finance packages available with customers.
• Contact & finalise finance package with relevant financial institutions.
• Complete files for finance agreement.

Qualification/Skills:

• Part qualified with CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Good Sense of initiative
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis knowledge and attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
• Excellent project management skills with commitment to meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and as part of a team
• General proficiency in IT systems
