Junior Accounts Administrator

We are actively recruiting for a Junior Accounts Administrator, for our client based in  Dublin 6.

This is an entry level role working in a large corporate company and full training will be provided, however suitable candidate must have excellent attention to detail and good PC skills.

Full-time, permanent position with excellent career progression opportunities.

This is an entry-level, trainee role with salary starting at €26,500.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of instalment payment plans
• Post processing for insurance applications
• Financial administration, as required
• Issuing letters, mail and documents to brokers
• Updating customer details and queries accurately on the internal database

Requirements:

• Experience in an office, administration, reception or call centre environment would be beneficial
• Suitable candidate MUST have strong PC skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, and communication skills
• Eager to learn and develop your career in the insurance industry
• Have a friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
• Have excellent organisational skills and display the ability to manage your time and workload as required, while displaying a flexible approach to your work and learning
