Real Estate - Manager

Our client, a reputable financial services firm, are looking to hire a Manager to join their Real Estate team in Dublin. 

The Role:

• Development and review of detailed, financial models for use in real estate transactions. 
  
• Assist with the development of funding structures, information memorandums for debt capital or refinancing of existing debt. 
  
• Support team development and new business development /origination. 
• Assist in the review of financing agreements , business plans and financial projections. 

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or other accounting qualification (preferred, but not necessary). 
• 4-6 year's experience managing transactions across (Real Estate transactions preferred), including reviewing of financial agreements and transaction documentation. 
• Experience developing financial models and strong commercial and market awareness. 
• Strong team player with ability to manage assignments and teams efficiently.
