Accountant

Job Description:

Airbnb Ireland is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Accountant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to help the company make informed decisions.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and examine financial records, reports, and statements - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support - Conduct financial audits and ensure accuracy of financial information - Help with tax preparation and filing - Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics - Assist with financial planning and strategy development

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Time management and research skills - Hardworking and dedicated attitude
