Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Hexafly, a leading biotech company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team as a remote worker. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment 2. Reconcile accounts payable transactions 3. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date 4. Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues 5. Assist with month-end closing procedures 6. Maintain vendor files and documentation securely

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2. Proven working experience in accounts payable 3. Proficient in Excel and accounting software 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work independently and remotely 6. Strong organizational and time-management skills 7. Hardworking and motivated personality traits 8. People management and adaptability soft skills 9. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
