Job Description:

Zutec, a leading construction technology company based in Waterford, Munster, IE, is seeking a passionate and resilient Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable who possess strong strategic planning and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner - Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts - Communicate with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing inquiries - Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting - Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and optimize cash flow - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account receivables transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strategic planning skills to identify and implement process improvements - Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
