Job Description:

As an Accounts Receivable at Opening.io, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for processing incoming payments, monitoring accounts, and following up on outstanding invoices. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments and update customer accounts - Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action - Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and address any billing inquiries - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status for management review - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Motivated and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients - Adaptability to changing business needs
