Overview of the role:

This is an exciting role within our group. You will be joining as part of a casino team which already has become the biggest online casino in the industry, we move fast! There are exciting times ahead of us and our main goal is not only to be the biggest but also best Casino in the industry. We are looking for people that will share this excitement with us.

Within this role, you will be passionate about building and launching the Casino in-house best-in-class games- from market research, requirements, development, release management, game certification, launch and post launch analysis and activity. To make sure that what we develop in house is the best and to maintain its status (maintenance, new features, improvements, technology changes).

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Our recently renovated Dublin office is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It hosts 2 cafes, a games room, gym and an abundance of meeting rooms catered for groups of all sizes. We also run regular social and well-being initiatives, from annual sports days to weekly nail technicians on-site.

What you’ll do:

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. Providing support working with Product Managers of games being created in line with the planned games roadmaps for our global markets

Feed into product content roadmap for in-house slot games and/or other game categories

Co-ordinate with BI to produce reports to show the performance of games and suggest possible improvements

Project coordination functions of games being developed internally or external studios

Game release coordination working with our studios and with our internal game release teams

Coordination with external test labs for certification of all games

Work with assigned Product Manager(s) or PO for game related approvals, UAT, game reviews, project or regulator requirements for follow up with teams as needed

Working closely with stakeholders across the business. This can include relationship management of partner brands and account coordination with Flutter group partners

Know the studio game product strategy, and critical metrics so every game, and new project will align and contribute to the performance

Optimize the in-house game performance- appearance, location in lobby, work with marketing team to push the traffic toward them etc.

Suggest improvements to ways of working and advise on pain points with current processes

Co-ordinate the Delivery of games to all regulated markets including updates to meet new regulatory requirements

You should have a college diploma or degree or work experience in a related field

Strong documentation skills with experience in business requirements, product documentation and/or training materials

Passion and creativity in general and specifically for games

Experience working with technology teams locally and remotely based

Creative with the ability to generate new ideas and help lead game innovations

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and remotely

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external personnel

Strong communication, organisational and project management and account management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
