Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Online Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Squarespace Ireland in Limerick, Munster. As an Entry Level Online Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process in an online environment. You will work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end close activities.

Responsibilities: - Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in the online accounts payable system - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries or issues - Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field - Independent and driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and communication skills to work effectively with team members and vendors - Innovative mindset to identify opportunities for process improvement - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
