We are currently seeking a Social Media Account Manager to join a retail company located in Waterford. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Social Media Account Manager your key responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing a strategic social media plan for our TikTok account and other platforms. * Creating compelling and shareable content to showcase our brand and products. * Engaging with our audience through comments, messages, and creative interactions. * Monitoring social media trends and staying abreast of industry best practices. * Collaborating with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives. * Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and engagement. Minimum requirements: * Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on TikTok. * Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and shareable content. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with social media analytics tools. * Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.
