Trainee Accountant/Assistant Accountant **NEW DEALERSHIP**

Due to on-going growth and movement to a new state-of-the-art dealership in September 2024, Cupra & SEAT Wexford wish to recruit a trainee accountant/assistant accountant to join our new team.

This is an excellent opportunity to pursue a career in the ever-evolving motor industry!

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Maintain purchase and sales ledgers.
• Assist in the preparation of financial accounts for the year-end audit.
• Prepare the monthly payroll.
• Liaise with department managers to maximise profitability.
• Preparation of Ad Hoc Reports for General Management.
• Revenue Returns.

Qualification/Skills:

• Part qualified with CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CPA but not essential.
• Two years of industry or practice experience.
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis knowledge and attention to detail are needed to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Excellent project management skills with commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• General proficiency in IT systems.
