Accounts Payable – Kilkenny

Our busy Client is looking for a strong AP person to join their team in Kilkenny.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of Supplier/ Contractor accounts
• Assisting with Cash flow
• Planning tasks
• Cash and bank reconciliations
• Updating ROS and Bank daily
• VAT submissions
• All supplier incoming queries

Requirements:

• Exceptional Excel skills
• Minimum of 4 years' AP experience
• Experience in dealing with suppliers/Customers in a hectic environment
• Excellent with people, with perfect verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• BA Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or equivalent experience

What's on Offer:

• Salary from €35 – €42k DOE
