Agricultural Mechanic

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Agricultural Mechanic to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a farm equipment repair company based in Limerick

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing faults both in the workshop and the field
• Delegation of jobs
• Dealing with customers with issues and machine setup
• Getting through your daily/ weekly job schedule efficiently
• Keeping your workshop area in a tidy and safe manner
• Assembly & PDI of new machinery
• Compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Ensure all subordinates keep their areas of workshop in safe and tidy condition

Requirements

• Proficient in Agricultural Mechanics
• Enthusiastic about team leadership and supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working independently
• Experienced in operating and repairing tractors and farm machinery
• Committed to enhancing knowledge and business development
• Willing to work in both workshop and field settings
• Punctual and skilled in IT
• Dedicated to maintaining high standards and fostering pride in work
• Eager to learn new skills and progress within top farm machinery brands
