Job Description - Bid Coordinator - Urgent Hire

We are searching for a confident Bid Coordinator to join our exceptional team at Sonas Technical in Cork.

Our client, is currently on the lookout for a Bid Coordinator to join their team in Cork. The company in question are a well established Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy that are projecting rapid growth this year. The successful candidate will join our clients well-established and growing Team working on a variety of projects. This is a full time, permanent position, with great scope for career progression. Responsibilities
Review and coordinate subscriptions to tendering websites and circulation of correspondence in a timely manner.
Coordinate Go/No Go process for procurement efforts.
Develop bespoke stationary for proposals and tenders, including page designs, covers, dividers, etc.
Support completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Suitability Assessment Questionnaires within tight deadlines.
Support completion of Proposals and Tender Submissions within tight deadlines.
Manage paperwork and liaise with Technical staff for timely provision of technical answers.
Complete final documentation for production and arrange delivery to clients before deadline.
Liaise with technical staff for client clarifications and other changes during tender process.
Coordinate with other consultants for joint venture procurement efforts.
Support marketing tasks related to website management, social media updates, and brand management.
Maintain standard text for company and project descriptions, case studies, and technical staff CVs.
Requirements
Possess a third level degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar profession.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for in-person, phone, and email contacts.
High organizational skills with an administrative background.
1-2 years of work experience in a professional office environment (preferred but not essential).
1 year of experience in public procurement and tendering (significant bonus).
