Cafe Assistant/ All Rounder

Full Job Description

Main purpose of the role: 

Ensure the cafe operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service at all times. 

The ideal candidate will have/be:  

• Previous experience in the hospitality sectoran advantage;
• Barista experience is desirable but not essential;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage;
• Passion for food, coffee and ability to inspire customers;

Main duties:  

• A Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative;
• Always ensure that customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
• Assist customers to improve their knowledge of our food and beverages.
• Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy to the required food safety standards.
