Based in our Dublin Office, this role provides excellent scope for an ambitious Administrative Assistant who will provide efficient and comprehensive customer service and administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external customer contacts.
As a Sales Administrator, you will build a close working relationship with the Commercial and Sales Leadership team, anticipating and fulfilling needs, including the following confidential aspects of the role, while also being front facing with key customers, ensuring that our service levels and response times are maintained at a high level.
These include but are not limited to:
Quote Processing, Order Processing, Price list management and Report Generation.
Processing customer quotes and orders on a daily basis and ensuring fast response times to customers regards expected ETA.
Liaising with Distribution and Logistics Teams to ensure that customer orders ship in expected timeframe and customer delivery KPIs are achieved.
Sending daily backorder reports to customers with recorded ETA on each item.
Developing relationships with customers to help build trust and increase order sizes and frequency.
Producing weekly/daily suite of reports for Leadership team as required
Managing monthly sell through reports of each major account.
Working with Purchasing Team to ensure that items are created efficiently and accurately on SAP.
On receipt of returns back from customers working with Warehouse and Finance to ensure credits are issued efficiently.
Setting up new customers on the system and liaising with finance to ensure credit limit is applied and relevant documentation is recorded.
Available to handle ad-hoc requests from customers and Management.
Participating in the development and streamlining of procedures.
The successful individual should have:
2+ years administration experience in a busy, professional environment
Experience answering calls and assisting in ensuring all enquiries are actioned in a timely manner
Experience with invoicing / order processing
A proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels on a day to day basis and to work in a
fast paced, professional environment
Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal English
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Apple products and solutions
Experience with SAP
