Job Description - Company Fleet and General Administrator

FLEET ADMINISTRATION

Timesheet administration

Expenses, private mileage, annual leave

Driving license checks biannual

Parking and speeding fines

Vehicle accident reporting

Insurance updates

Recording of MOT's and Vehicle Services

Booking of hire cars and Vans

Taking delivery of new vehicles

Arranging old Vehicle returns

New/Old vehicle tracker and livery planning

Fuel card administration

Upkeep of vehicles

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

Stock control/ordering Company uniform

Stationery ordering

Hotel Reservations

Daily Post receive and distribute

Mobile Phones - new starters, monthly administration report, Updating Company list

Purchase order processing

Trade card administration
