Key duties & responsibilities:

• Record-keeping.

• Subcontractor communication.

• Safety coordination.

• Expense tracking.

• Procurement support.

• Waste management.

• Communication facilitation.

What are we looking for?

• 2 years administration experience as a site administrator, site clerk, or document controller within the construction sector is essential for this role.

• Data entry skills,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office,

• Strong communication skills-dealing with internal/external stakeholders.

• Multitasking ability,

• Fluency in English.
