Customer Service Executive

Job Title: Customer Service Executive Location: Enniscorthy, Co.Wexford with travel to clients required. Salary: €30,000-€35,000 DOE Position: Full time permanent role Job Overview Our client, a leader in their industry in Ireland is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This role would require being on the road building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. The ideal Candidates must have strong customer service skills, ambition, organisation and a clean Irish driving license. You will be involved in all aspects of Client Relationship management. Responsibilities Dealing with inbound enquiries to ensure the highest level of service.
Dealing with both new clients and maintain current relationships.
Managing customer requirements to the highest service level.
Daily reporting to and working directly with the Managing Director, Office
Administration and Human Resources teams.
Liaising with clients to coordinate site visits and attending industry events.
Dealing with administration such as Answering telephones and email queries. Requirements Must have a demonstrable customer service and sales track record of plus 3 years
High levels of organisation, and confidence with managing multiple projects
Must be proficient in Microsoft office including strong Excel
Must have great attention to detail and administration skills
Strong customer service skills
Have a full clean Irish driving license
