Customer Service German

My client a well-known Manufacturing Plant based in  Athlone  is seeking to hire a Customer Service rep for the German market.  The German Customer service plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to both customers and external sales representatives, ensuring the efficient and timely management of all customer requirements.

The position is a  permanent full-time role,  with a working week of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Key responsibilities of German Customer Service :

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Processing customer orders, providing advice and support for customer queries
• Assisting the quality department with claim processing, overseeing transport schedules
• Liaising with technical and R&D departments to provide product information
• Offering sales support to the external sales team, and carrying out general administrative duties as required

The ideal experience:

• Will possess excellent spoken and written English and Fluent German
• Business-related qualification with 2/3 years' experience in a customer service or telesales environment preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong customer focus, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential qualities
• Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage, but not a requirement as full training will be provided
