Job Description - Customer Support Administrator

My client in the manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent.

This would be a great opportunity for someone to kick start their career, if you are interested in the role apply directly or email your CV to for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities of their Customer Service Agents

· Answer general product relation queries from our established customer base, full training will be provided.

· Interact with other departments within their company to help respond to customer queries promptly.

· Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls from customers. Deal with queries related to their orders and divert their calls as necessary to other departments within the company.

· Respond to customers by phone and email promptly.

· Deal with customers face-to-face at their reception desk.

· Input quotes and orders using our inhouse software program.

· Prepare production documentation for their operations Department.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.

Job Requirements

· Prior experience working in Customer Service

· Excellent teamwork and organisational skills.

· Good communication and active listening skills

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Competent use of Microsoft Office software

· Due to our location, you must have access to your own transport.
