The Role We are looking for an Accessibility Delivery Lead to manage and deliver accessible solutions as part of the Digital Marketing team. We are looking for someone who will support leadership to drive compliance and delivery of accessible products and services across the enterprise. As a Digital Accessibility Manager, you will continue to progress skills learned and practiced as a digital accessibility specialist. You will consult and train teams on specific accessibility requirements and the use of tools that teams can use to incorporate accessibility across the enterprise. To be successful, you must show empathy towards people with disabilities, have a passion for helping to make products better for everyone, have a curious, inquisitive mind and self-awareness with an interest in continuing to improve your people and technical skills and be able to share your knowledge and talent with team members and clients by providing training and mentoring. We are looking for someone who enjoys big challenges, likes to think outside the box and can work with a high level of velocity. Key responsibilities:
  • Proficient in leading a diverse team in multiple capabilities and locations to achieve department goals.
  • Experience managing teams to consult with businesses to increase the ROI.
  • Monitor service levels and KPIs for the business and the team.
  • Brings continual process improvements to the table.
  • Identify new opportunities and growth areas.
  • Strong Client relationship management experience and skills.
  • Team administration duties.
  • Understand the marketing sales funnel and techniques needed to engage an end customer.

Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience:
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Experience in vendor management and assisting a global delivery support model.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms .
  • Desire to work in assistive technology and accessibility-related software, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking or other speech recognition software.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to improve experiences for people with disabilities.
  • Advanced soft skills and ability to translate requirements of inclusive design and accessibility to both teams and leadership.
  • Proficiency in presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have:
  • Experience with assistive technology.
  • Design knowledge.
  • IAAP, CPACC, ADS and/or WAS certifications desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong understanding of the WCAG.
