Dispatch Administrator

The Cooneen Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator for an 8-12 week summer placement at our Fivemiletown site. The successful person will work in the Dispatch team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare dispatch documentation for Customer orders as required and in accordance with Quality procedures
  
• Print labels for all dispatches
• GRN goods as required
• Book shipments as required, deciding the most appropriate mode of delivery
• Carry out stock takes as and when required for finished goods and covers
• Assist in the preparation of weekly Dispatch plans
• Support Packing as and when required
• Be aware of ISO 9000 Standard Operating Procedure.

Requirements

Essential

• Has IT skills, particularly MS word & excel
  
• 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above including English & Maths or equivalent
• Good planning, organisation and communication skills 

​ Desirable 

• Experience in a similar role 
• Experience in manufacturing
  
• An office administration qualification
