DMT Operations Senior Analyst

Bridge Fund Management an Apex Group is looking for a DMT Operations Senior Analyst, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a DMT Operations Senior Analyst, you will monitor the distribution and marketing strategies for several Irish domiciled collective investment schemes, including oversight and maintenance of their clients distribution framework, distribution and data platform network, due diligence of third-party distributors/platforms and internal reporting requirements.

In your first few weeks in this DMT Operations Senior Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Coordinate Fund Registrations with the appointed Registration Agent
• Oversee all deliverables to local regulators and local service providers, ensuring requirements are met
• Assist with client queries regarding registration requirements in specified jurisdictions, including fees, appointment of local agents, timelines for registration, translation requirements and oversight of continued reporting obligations in each jurisdiction

• 3 to 5 years of financial service experience, preferably with exposure to the fund industry
• Excellent communication skills with experience in managing multiple internal and external relationships
• The ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
