EV Operations Specialist

IN A NUTSHELL

If you're a detail-oriented German speaker who thrives in a collaborative international environment, then this Operations Specialist position is for you - or, as we call it at MD7, a Project Control Specialist ! Your days will be filled with ensuring data accuracy, managing multiple databases, and liaising with colleagues and external partners to keep projects on track. You'll bring your organizational skills and passion for precision to support MD7's success.

DAY TO DAY

• Reviewing lease agreements and entering the data from them accurately into databases
• Providing excellent attention to detail whilst working to deadlines
• Maintaining multiple databases and ensuring is continuously organised
• Liaising with other teams and third parties from time to time
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent written and spoken German language skills
• Basic English language skills
• Experience in previous administrative work preferred
• Computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook 
• Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to review documents for accuracy
