Fast Food Manager

For our client, Supermac's, an Irish fast food restaurant chain, we are looking for an
experienced Store Managers. Candidate information/requirements:
● The ideal candidate will have at least three years of work experience in a high volume location, in a
comparable Fast Food Operations
● Previous management experience in a catering, fast food, or restaurant environment
● HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus
● Excellent customer service, good leadership, and organizational skills
● Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
● An advanced level of English is required
About the job:
● Permanent, full-time position
● If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation.
After that, you will be paying between 125 € (utilities included) per month for a private or shared
room in the nearby area, depending on the location
● Salary after tax in Ireland for this Store Manager role will be between 2.467 € to 2.767 € net per
month (35.000 € - 40.000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week
● Your salary will be paid weekly on an hourly basis Store Manager duties will be:
 Coaches, counsels and develops Assistant and Trainee managers into a state of self-
sufficiency to build and maintain high sales and profits
 Responds to requests from various head office departments
 Takes the lead role in managing recruitment, selection, placement, training, development,
and HR plans
 Gets involved in community-generating business and goodwill
 Investigates and responds directly to employee relations and customer complaints having
the potential for significant impact on the business
 Ability to plan and prioritize
 Operate within the guidelines of the law
 Ability to adapt to new procedures, standards, and changes as directed by company or
legislation
 Conducting in-house appraisals in a timely fashion leading to a personnel development plan
for all employees
 Professionally conducts his/herself at all times especially when in the public eye
 Refers all media enquires to Area Manager/ Marketing Director
 Gets to know customers' profiles and who the market is and goes after it
 Is fully flexible about working hours, including weekends and nights.  Meets set targets with regard to food costs, labor costs, customer count, QSC Audit, and
