Music Production administrators support all artistic and production functions with expert administrative support to the entire production team. They are also responsible for creating expense reports for artists and production staff, keeping track of annual production costs and the production calendar, looking into potential venues and maintaining a venue database. These Music administrators must be excellent in organization and planning skills, comfortable and flexible with evolving roles, and highly proficient in computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Position Duties:
Administrative
Maintain the annual Production Calendar and Production Expenses to be paid worksheet
Assist with the creation, distribution, and management of artist, music licensing, and production-related contracts
Draft rehearsal schedules and timelines for performances and events, and ensure that information from contracts is entered into timelines as necessary.
Draft correspondence to various constituents
Provide the Conspirare staff with accurate production information so they can manage their responsibilities.
Assist with other Conspirare events to include keeping timelines, managing contracts, collecting and distributing forms, and related processes
Research potential venues and maintain a venue database
Order production supplies
Pack and ship production materials
Research local, regional, national, and international venues and presenters
Create production expense budgets for performance events
May spearhead printed program, coordinating collection of all materials and distribution to the designer, prepares program materials as assigned
Prepare expense reports for production staff and artists
Update artist and music library databases
Create and proof musician rosters
Serve as office manager back up Music jobs postings and listings Most employers require a minimum of a high Music school diploma or GED for a production administrator position. You may be responsible for assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities and providing feedback. Effective communication skills can help you to convey your ideas clearly and to understand the needs of others.
Computer proficiency: Computer proficiency is the ability to use a computer and its software programs. Production administrators should be able to use computers to complete their job duties, including recording and tracking inventory, ordering supplies and communicating with suppliers and other members of the production team.
Critical thinking: Critical thinking is the ability to make decisions and solve problems. As a production administrator, you may be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules, so it’s important to be able to think critically to make the best decisions for your team. You may also be responsible for resolving issues that arise during production, so it’s important to be able to think critically to find solutions.
Organizational skills: Organization skills can help you be more efficient in your work. You can use organizational skills to plan your workday, organize your files and documents and keep track of your inventory. Music Event Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Donor Engagement Officer in developing and implementing a young professional’s program, including recruitment, event planning, and general program management. Maintain budgets and track fundraising revenue and annual expenses, providing regular reports to auxiliary and company leadership, coordinate invoice processing and volunteer expense reimbursement. Provide event support including venue booking, confirming speakers and talent, timelines, and communications. Skills:
