Key Responsibilities:

• Central Engineering Role:
  • Shape the company’s automation strategy by overseeing critical projects.
  • Impact the business through flawless execution of automation initiatives.
• Automation Capital Management:
  • Identify, prioritise, and manage automation capital spend across the organisation.
  • Drive efficiency and innovation through strategic investments.
• Technical Guidance and Governance:
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance to cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Maintenance).
  • Ensure successful execution of strategic programs.
• Strategic Programs Execution:
  • Lead key programs that transform and improve performance.
  • Define scope, contract strategy, resource requirements, and communication plans.
• Alignment with Sustainability and Human Capital:
  • Contribute to PepsiCo’s vision of sustainability and positive change.
  • Advocate for a better future for the planet and people.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in automation engineering team leadership and project management.
• Familiarity with GMP and EHS regulations.
