Grade IV Administrative Support Strategic Projects Team/Campus Development Office

Job Purpose:

The Mater Hospital is committed to providing excellent, high quality patient care in modern facilities and in line with best practice to meet patient and staff needs. This commitment involves the implementation and development of the organisation’s key strategic objectives and campus-wide development. To this end, the team within the Campus Development Office supports and progresses the design, implementation and delivery of large capital development projects. One of the key focuses for this wider team at present is the development of the National Isolation Unit (NIU).

The purpose of the Administrative Assistant Grade IV is to provide an exceptional and comprehensive support service for the clinical, operational and people planning aspects of new developments, with specific input to the National Isolation Unit (NIU) project. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the hospital’s strategic initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. Due to the dynamic nature of this office, this role and project focus will be subject to change within the contractual period.
