Job Title: Grade IV- HR Administrator
Location: Bantry, Co.Cork
Job Type: Temporary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a temporary HR Generalist to join our team in Bantry, Co.Cork. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the HR team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities - Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date - Provide support to the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures - Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions - Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and maintenance of employee benefits - Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - 2+ years of experience in HR or related field - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
